Nick Stepanoff brings 30 years of experience in Project Management, Estimating, and Contract Administration on range of both commercial and residential projects.

At AHA, Nick oversees all the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home and community construction and delivery – his job is to make sure that all the project requirements are covered, including design co-ordination, construction budgets, compliance, and project delivery.

Having completed many successful projects over the years in Australia and Papua New Guinea, Nick is excited to bring his skills and experience to deliver quality home solutions for people living with High Support Needs.
